Why CoreCtrl™ Matters

Core temperature is one of the most underestimated limiters in endurance sport. As heat rises, blood flow shifts away from working muscles to cool your body — and pace drops. CoreCtrl is formulated to support your body's natural thermoregulation, helping you sustain output for longer in heat, humidity, and high-intensity conditions. Less heat stress. More time at threshold.

The CoreCtrl™ Solution

Increase Sweat Response

Improve Heat Loss

Reduce Heat Storage

Facts

Why this formula?

During exercise, around 75–80% of the energy your body produces becomes heat. When your body can't release that heat fast enough, your performance drops — not because you're unfit, but because your physiology has built-in limits to protect you. CoreCtrl is built to help push those limits back. The formula supports your body's ability to start sweating earlier, cool more efficiently, and build up less internal heat over a long effort in warm conditions. The key active ingredient, L-Taurine at 4,000mg, needs to be taken daily for 8 days before an event to reach the levels where it has a real impact. This is preparation, not a quick fix. The result is more control when heat would normally be the thing that slows you down.

Who is this for?

For endurance athletes who train or race in heat and have felt it cost them — a pace that falls apart in the second half of a hot run, cramping on the bike in warm weather, or that depleted feeling after high-intensity sessions in the heat. If heat has been the limiting factor rather than fitness, CoreCtrl was built for that. Triathletes, marathon runners, and cyclists who take race preparation seriously and want to be ready for whatever conditions the day brings.

Quality Ingredients

Six ingredients, each playing a specific role in helping your body handle heat.

L-Taurine (4,000mg)
The main active ingredient, at a high, evidence-based dose. Helps your body start sweating sooner, balance fluid inside your cells under heat, and slow the rise in core temperature that limits performance. The 8-day protocol lets it build up to effective levels in your body.

Potassium (300mg)
Sweat depletes potassium quickly in heat. Keeping it topped up means your muscles contract properly and fatigue builds more slowly.

Calcium (120mg)
Your muscles need calcium to contract. Heat can interfere with how your body uses it, contributing to early fatigue — included to keep that in check.

Magnesium (60mg)
Works alongside calcium and potassium to keep muscles and the nervous system firing normally as temperature and effort increase.

Himalayan Rock Salt
Sodium is what you lose most through sweat. Included to support the electrolyte base the rest of the formula depends on throughout the protocol.

Black Pepper Extract
Contains piperine, which slows down how quickly your body breaks down the active ingredients. Not here for its own effect — it makes the rest of the formula work better.

Ingredients: L-Taurine 4,000mg, Potassium 300mg, Calcium 120mg, Magnesium 60mg, Himalayan Rock Salt, Black Pepper Extract
