I’m asking for your help

Apply to take part in the Arla Foods Ingredients x Alistair Brownlee Consumer Research Study, in partnership with truefuels.

I started truefuels because I believe athletes deserve better fuelling systems.
This study is for committed competitive athletes who are willing to share training data, log food intake for 7 days, and help us better understand real-world fuelling needs.
Selected participants will receive a personalised performance nutrition analysis worth an estimated €500, plus a truefuels product package.
This is not just a survey. It is a proper look at how your nutrition currently supports the demands you are placing on your body.

Applications will be reviewed by the study team. Selected participants will receive next steps by email.

Not generic advice. The analysis is based on what you actually do, how you train, what you eat, and what you are trying to achieve.
