Why Electrolitos Asunto

Facts

Why this formula?

Most electrolyte products get the sodium wrong — too little to make a real difference, or mixed with artificial sweeteners and colours that add nothing useful. This formula is built around a 1g Himalayan salt serving because sodium is the electrolyte you lose most through sweat, and it needs to be replaced at a meaningful dose to actually work. Potassium and magnesium are included in highly absorbable citrate forms, so what you take in actually reaches your muscles. Coconut water powder adds a natural trace mineral base. Clean ingredients at doses that reflect what endurance effort actually demands.

Who is this for?

For anyone who moves and sweats. Water alone doesn't replace what your body's loses. Whether you're training for a race, heading to the gym, playing sport, or just staying active through the day, electrolytes are part of proper hydration, not just an endurance extra. If you've ever felt low energy, heavy-legged, or sluggish despite drinking enough water, electrolyte depletion is likely part of the reason. Truefuels Electrolytes work as everyday hydration support — clean, natural, and easy to take anywhere.

Quality Ingredients

Four electrolytes in forms your body can actually use. Nothing artificial.

Pink Himalayan Salt
Providing sodium, and chloride. At 1g per sachet, this is a real dose — not a token electrolyte presence.

Potassium Citrate
Works with sodium to keep fluid balanced in your cells and muscles contracting properly. Citrate form absorbs better and is gentler on the gut than cheaper alternatives.

Magnesium Citrate
A proper dose that your body can actually absorb. The citrate form gets into your system — most passes straight through with cheaper versions.

Coconut Water Powder
Adds natural trace minerals to round out the formula beyond isolated salts alone.

Stevia (Steviol Glycosides)
Natural plant-derived sweetener. Clean taste, no sugar, no artificial chemistry.

Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Salt (1g), Potassium Citrate (391mg), Magnesium Citrate (210mg), Coconut Water Powder (1g), Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Citric Acid, Natural Flavour (Mint or Watermelon), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia)
