Why Race Ready System Matters

Most endurance performance breakdowns aren't fitness failures. Sports science consistently identifies three physiological constraints: glycogen depletion, electrolyte imbalance, and rising core temperature. Serious athletes don't just train harder — they manage these systems. The Race Ready Bundle addresses all three, with products calibrated for the real demands of marathon, triathlon, and endurance race season. Train hard. Race smart. Let physiology work for you, not against you.

Facts

Why this formula?

Three products addressing the three things that sports science consistently links to late-race decline: fuel, electrolytes, and heat management. The gels deliver carbohydrate efficiently using both intestinal transport pathways. The electrolytes replace sweat losses at doses that actually make a difference. CoreCtrl supports your body's ability to manage and dissipate heat in the days leading up to race day. No proprietary blends, no cosmetic ingredients. A complete fuelling strategy built around how endurance performance actually works.

Who is this for?

For athletes with a race in the calendar who want a complete fuelling strategy with no gaps. Whether you're targeting a marathon, a triathlon, or a cycling event, this system covers carbohydrate delivery, electrolyte replenishment, and heat preparation in one stack. If the preparation matters as much to you as the race itself, this is built for you.

Quality Ingredients

Three formulas covering the three things that most often limit endurance performance: fuel, hydration, and heat.

Gels

Maltodextrin & Fructose (1:1 ratio)
Uses two absorption pathways at once — so more carbohydrate gets through per hour (up to 90g) without upsetting your stomach.

Himalayan Salt
The electrolyte your body loses fastest in sweat. Available in two doses: 0.25g for cool conditions, 1.0g when it's hot or you're going long.

Coconut Water Powder
A natural source of potassium, magnesium, and calcium — broader mineral support without synthetic additions.

Tri Magnesium Citrate
A form of magnesium your body can actually absorb well. Keeps muscles working properly across longer efforts.

Potassium Sorbate
Used at the lowest effective level to keep the product stable. No effect on taste or digestion.

Ingredients: Water, Maltodextrin, Fructose, Coconut Water Powder, Himalayan Salt, Tri Magnesium Citrate, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)

Electrolytes

Pink Himalayan Salt (1g)
Providing [X mg] sodium, [X mg] potassium, and [X mg] magnesium. At 1g per sachet, a real dose — not a token electrolyte presence.

Potassium Citrate (391mg)
Works with sodium to keep fluid balanced in your cells and muscles contracting properly. Citrate form absorbs better and is gentler on the gut than cheaper alternatives.

Magnesium Citrate (210mg)
A proper dose that your body can actually absorb. The citrate form gets into your system — most passes straight through with cheaper versions.

Coconut Water Powder (1g)
Adds natural trace minerals to round out the formula beyond isolated salts alone.

Stevia (Steviol Glycosides)
Natural plant-derived sweetener. Clean taste, no sugar, no artificial chemistry.

Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Salt (1g), Potassium Citrate (391mg), Magnesium Citrate (210mg), Coconut Water Powder (1g), Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Citric Acid, Natural Flavour (Mint or Watermelon), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia)

CoreCtrl™

L-Taurine (4,000mg)
The main active ingredient, at a high, evidence-based dose. Helps your body start sweating sooner, balance fluid inside your cells under heat, and slow the rise in core temperature that limits performance. The 8-day protocol lets it build up to effective levels in your body.

Potassium (300mg)
Sweat depletes potassium quickly in heat. Keeping it topped up means your muscles contract properly and fatigue builds more slowly.

Calcium (120mg)
Your muscles need calcium to contract. Heat can interfere with how your body uses it, contributing to early fatigue — included to keep that in check.

Magnesium (60mg)
Works alongside calcium and potassium to keep muscles and the nervous system firing normally as temperature and effort increase.

Himalayan Rock Salt
Sodium is what you lose most through sweat. Included to support the electrolyte base the rest of the formula depends on throughout the protocol.

Black Pepper Extract
Contains piperine, which slows down how quickly your body breaks down the active ingredients. Not here for its own effect — it makes the rest of the formula work better.

Ingredients: L-Taurine 4,000mg, Potassium 300mg, Calcium 120mg, Magnesium 60mg, Himalayan Rock Salt, Black Pepper Extract

How to Use.

Before training or racing:
Mix 1 electrolyte sachet in 500 ml water 15–30 minutes before your session. Take CoreCtrl™ as directed on intense or hot-weather days.

During: Take 1 gel every 30–45 minutes for sessions over 60 minutes. Chase each gel with plain water — not electrolytes. Target 60–90 g of carbohydrates per hour for efforts over 90 minutes.

After: 1 electrolyte sachet in 500 ml water to restore mineral losses and accelerate recovery.

Follow the truefuels stackability guide by Alistair Brownlee to personalise your fuelling strategy from training block to race day.
